These terms describe use of the website and services provided by Neurosonne, LLC. Use the website only if you can comply with these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for the actions you take on its behalf.
A signed service agreement, order form, or other agreed subscription terms govern the commercial service. If they conflict with these website terms, the specific agreement controls. An executed BAA controls the handling of protected health information to the extent of any conflict. Browsing this website does not execute a BAA or purchase a subscription.
Accounts and authorized access
Use only accounts and organization workspaces you are authorized to access. Keep account information accurate, protect credentials, and do not share a personal sign-in. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and removing access when it is no longer needed. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; access another organization’s information without authorization; upload malicious code; interfere with service availability; defeat security controls; or submit information you have no right to process. Security testing requires prior authorization. Normal use of supported exports and integrations remains subject to your permissions and agreement.
Clinical and billing responsibility
Neurosonne provides software, not medical advice or healthcare services. The treating professional and care organization remain responsible for care decisions, documentation accuracy, informed consent, supervision, coding, payer requirements, claims, and record retention.
Review AI-generated text, calculations, suggestions, and imported content before relying on, signing, or submitting them. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. The service does not guarantee reimbursement, clinical outcomes, or compliance by an organization. Do not use it as an emergency response service.
Your information and confidentiality
Your organization retains its rights in information it provides. Neurosonne processes that information to provide the service and for other purposes permitted by the applicable agreement and law. You are responsible for the permissions, notices, and consents needed to submit it.
Review our Privacy policy and arrange the applicable BAA before using the service for PHI. Do not submit clinical records through public website inquiries or general contact email.
Subscriptions, fees, and cancellation
Pricing, included features, usage limits, payment timing, renewal, cancellation, and any refund rights are determined by the terms presented and agreed to for your subscription or by your written agreement. A marketing comparison does not amend those terms. Contact us for the terms applicable to your organization before ordering or changing a subscription.
Software, content, and trademarks
Neurosonne and its licensors retain rights in the software, website, and original materials. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of the software or grant rights to use Neurosonne branding beyond an applicable agreement or permission.
Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. Comparison materials identify products for evaluation and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Features and offerings can change; confirm scope and pricing with each provider.
Availability and third-party services
Maintenance, provider outages, network problems, or security incidents may affect access. Any specific support commitments, service levels, warranties, remedies, or liability limits are those in your applicable agreement and applicable law; the website does not create an uptime guarantee.
Third-party integrations and linked sites may have separate terms. Your organization is responsible for deciding whether a selected integration is appropriate for its use and covered by required agreements.
Restrictions and ending service
Access may be restricted as permitted by the applicable agreement and law to address unauthorized use, security threats, or other violations. Subscription termination, export arrangements, and retention or deletion of records are governed by the applicable agreement, BAA, and legal obligations. Coordinate continuity of care and record access with your organization before ending a subscription.
Changes and questions
Revised website terms will be posted here with an updated date. Changes to a signed agreement follow that agreement’s amendment process. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us with questions about these terms or the agreements applicable to your organization.
