Send a deletion request
To request deletion of your Neurosonne account and associated personal data, email us from the address linked to your account. You can use this page without signing in or reinstalling the app. You may also request deletion of other personal information you provided directly to Neurosonne.
If the email button does not open your email app, write to [email protected] with the subject “Neurosonne account and data deletion request.” Include the email address on the account and your organization’s name, if applicable. Do not include passwords, patient records, or other sensitive health information in ordinary email.
What happens next
We will review your request, verify that you own the account or are authorized to act for it, and explain any additional steps needed. We may contact you through your account email or another secure channel. After verification, we will remove the account and associated personal data that we are not required to retain, and confirm when the request is complete.
If your account belongs to a care organization, we may need to coordinate with that organization before removing access or records it controls. You can still start your request with us directly.
Clinical and organization records
Care organizations direct the use of patient charts, treatment records, billing information, and workforce records they enter into Neurosonne. For deletion or correction of those records, contact the care organization that provided your care or manages your account. We support its verified requests under the applicable agreement. A request to delete your app account does not automatically remove records the organization must keep.
What may be retained
We may retain information when required for clinical recordkeeping, billing, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends. We will explain what applies to your request after verification. For more detail, read our privacy policy.
